Jane is the Director of Adaptive Pace, where she helps organisations simplify complexity, streamline processes, and align teams to achieve measurable results. With a career spanning leadership roles in technology, consulting, and solution design, she brings a rare blend of strategic insight and hands-on expertise.

Before founding Adaptive Pace, Jane was a Senior Solutions Engineer at monday.com, partnering with clients to design impactful workflow solutions. Her career also includes key roles at Adobe, Pegasystems, and IBM, giving her a strong foundation in both technical and commercial problem-solving.

Jane holds a Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, a Master of Commerce in Finance from UNSW, and a Bachelor Degree in Software Engineering.

Kerry is our Principal Consultant and a standout leader in the monday.com ecosystem, having been voted the #1 Implementation Consultant in the region by monday.com. She partners with organisations to streamline processes, enhance collaboration, and deliver technology solutions that drive real business impact. With a strong track record in solution design, pre-sales, and professional services, Kerry blends deep technical expertise with a customer-first approach to help teams achieve measurable results.

Before joining Adaptive Pace, Kerry spent almost three years at monday.com in both Implementation Consultant and Solution Engineer roles, working closely with clients to deliver tailored workflow solutions.

Kai Cheng is a Senior Consultant at Adaptive Pace, where he works with organisations to design and implement solutions that streamline processes, improve collaboration, and unlock the full potential of their technology. With over seven years of experience in implementation, integrations, and customer success, Kai blends technical expertise with a people-first approach to deliver practical, impactful results.

Before joining Adaptive Pace, Kai was an Implementation Consultant at monday.com, helping clients create tailored workflow solutions.

His career also includes roles as an API Integrations Specialist at Rezdy and senior implementation positions at Shiji Group and SiteMinder.

Kai holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical Engineering) with First Class Honours from Monash University.

Michael is a Consultant & Customer Success Manager at Adaptive Pace, where he focuses on helping clients maximise the value of their monday.com solutions. He works closely with organisations to ensure high adoption, measurable results, and long-term satisfaction — from the first workshop to ongoing optimisation.

Before joining Adaptive Pace, he gained diverse professional experience including leadership and pastoral care at The King’s School, consulting work with 180 Degrees Consulting, and a business development internship with AI-powered sports tech company Ludimos.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business from Macquarie University, graduating with Distinction. Known for his collaborative approach, problem-solving skills, and dedication to client success, he helps organisations fully unlock the value of their technology investments.

Nina is a Senior Marketing Specialist at Adaptive Pace, where she creates impactful marketing campaigns that connect with audiences and elevate brand presence.

She combines strategic digital marketing expertise with creative storytelling to help the business engage clients, strengthen brand identity, and communicate value effectively.

With five years of experience delivering creative solutions for Australian-based clients, Nina specialises in digital marketing strategies, social media management, and brand storytelling. She also brings more than a decade of experience as a Multimedia and Creatives Specialist in media and print, with advanced skills in content creation, layout, and graphic design that ensure every campaign is visually engaging and results-driven.
